iNotaryNow announces its acquisition by Notarial Educational Services which is owned by Julie DesOrmeaux Rosenzweig, Attorney-at-Law. Julie Rosenzweig is passionate about teaching notary education, and that passion to help people succeed will help motivate you as you prepare for the exam.Â
Julie graduated from Loyola University New Orleans, cum laude with University Honors, in 2001, and from Tulane University Law School in 2005. She has practiced since that time in the fields of estate planning, family law, and criminal law, serving at one point as a felony prosecutor for the 16th Judicial District Court.
Julie currently focuses on estate planning for growing families, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, living wills, guardianship designations, special needs planning, and long-term care planning which are key areas of the Louisiana Civil Code that are essential to understand on the notary exam and in notary practice. Â
Julie is an official examiner (grader) for the Louisiana State Bar Exam, Civil Code II, Wills, Trusts & Estates, and she served in the Louisiana State Bar Association House of Delegates.  Julie is admitted to practice in all Louisiana State Courts and the United States District Court for the Western District of Louisiana. Â
Julie is married to Dr. Seth Rosenzweig, who practices Orthopedic Surgery in New Iberia, Louisiana, and they are the proud parents of seven children.
The founder of iNotaryNow is Dr. Shane J. Milazzo, a statewide Louisiana notary public who developed the processes and procedures that matriculated into hundreds upon hundreds of students-become notaries. Dr. Milazzo now serves as part-time instructor and collaborator as per the company’s acquisition by Notarial Educational Services in early 2024.
